The Floatation Centre (TFC) strives to be a place without prejudice, bigotry, and hatred. No abuse or harassment of staff, practitioners, or clients is tolerated. By entering TFC, you agree to the following terms & conditions.
Taxes
Services and products do not have HST included in the listed price and are added at the point of sale.
Monthly Memberships
For the sharable float in the monthly membership package, only the first float of the month is shareable. If you are unable to make it to your float that month, you can have a friend take your place instead — just let us know! The additional floats at $45/month however are not shareable.
Monthly floats are billed on the 15th of each month. An autopay contract is required.
When booking the Float Dyad, two float rooms need to be booked at the same time.

direct billing plans
We offer direct billing for massage therapy, acupuncture and dietetics services. For floatation therapy, please ask your insurance company or Health Spending Account manager if they cover “floatation hydrotherapy”. While we do not direct bill for floating, we can provide you with an invoice for you to submit on your own!
