Cancellations

We have a 24 hour cancellation policy. 

All late cancellations (less than 24 hours notice) and/or missed appointments will be subject to a cancellation fee up to 100% of the appointment cost.  This is at the discretion of our practitioners.  Your appointment is reserved especially for YOU!  

No shows will be charged the FULL PRICE of their missed appointment which is why we require a credit card on file when booking.  We really appreciate you respecting this tidbit from the very bottom of our small business hearts.  

Taxes

Services and products do not have HST included in the listed price and, if applicable, are added at the point of sale.

Gift Certificates

Gift certificates are non-refundable, non-transferrable to other services, and have no cash value.

Direct billing plans

We offer direct billing for massage therapy and acupuncture services. For floatation therapy, please ask your insurance company or Health Spending Account manager if they cover “floatation hydrotherapy”. While we do not direct bill for floating, we can provide you with an invoice for you to submit on your own!
