Hypnosis – Learn about it and experience it!
10:30-11:30am – Free Group Workshop
At this talk you will learn that you have most likely already been hypnotized before! We’ll discuss how you have one brain and two minds. Margot will dispel any misconceptions you may have about hypnosis and explain the 4 laws of the mind. You will learn about the power of positive thinking and creating new habits easily – and I mean good productive habits! Afterwards, if you choose, you can stay for a half- hour group hypnosis session which will improve your overall sense of well-being.
Private Hypnotherapy Sessions
60 min, $100 investment (payable by cash, cheque or credit card). There are three sessions available: 12:00pm – 1:00pm, 1:30pm – 2:30pm and 3:00pm – 4:00pm.
Please note: Attending the hypnosis talk in the morning is a prerequisite to a private hypnosis session in the afternoon. You will need to come prepared with a two-paragraph write-up on what your desired state is. If you had the chance to live an absolutely perfect day…what would you be doing, how would you feel, how would you look? After the hypnosis you will feel great and have some helpful tools to navigate through life. You will be one step closer to living the life you deserve.
A little ’bout Hypnosis
Margot works with people who want to make changes in their lives. They recognize that something is not working right and they are ready to learn some strategies to help them become healthy, happy and vibrant individuals. A lot of what we experience in life is a result of something we filed away a long time ago in our unconscious mind. These things can colour our thinking.
Hypnosis and NLP help you to see things in their true perspective, without magnifying them….without ever allowing them to get out of proportion. You can develop the ability to change the process by which you experience reality which is often more valuable and more possible than changing the content of your experience of reality. Often we find that can’t control what happens around but surely we can do our best to control how we respond to what’s going on. Margot has been helping people to improve their lives in many ways, a few of which include: reducing anxiety and depression, becoming slimmer, increasing confidence, reducing clenching and grinding of teeth, getting over a broken heart, and HypnoBirthing prenatal classes for a calm gentle birth, to name a few.
