How does Acupuncture help with conception? Acupuncture helps the body to become balanced and healthy. There are many studies that show great success when using acupuncture on it’s own and in combination with medical fertility treatments such as IVF and IUI.
Acupuncture can help in many ways including these key things:
- Regulating the menstruation cycle;
- Regulating hormone function;
- Increasing blood flow to the ovaries and uterus and helping to relax your muscles which can improve the chance of an embryo implanting; and,
- Generally helping to relieve stress which can raise cortisol levels and inhibit fertility.
How does Floatation Therapy help with conception? Floating promotes a safe and relaxing environment which lowers cortisol (stress hormone) levels and blood pressure. In turn, it allows for magnesium – an essential mineral for pregnancy (and over 250 chemical reactions in the human body) – to be absorbed transdermally.
