Originally from BC, Jen has considered Halifax her home since moving out here in 2015. She found her calling in massage therapy after a lifetime of retail and service jobs, one of her favourites being a Float Host right here at the Floatation Centre.

Jen loves to work together with her clients to get to the root of the issue and come up with a treatment plan that is safe, efficient and specific to their needs. She enjoys tackling back and neck pain, but she is just as serious about providing a blissful and relaxing full body massage.

Jen graduated from the Canadian College of Massage and Hydrotherapy in 2023 where she practiced in special clinic nights for arthritis, invisible illness, neuropathy, and also spa. She is also trained to incorporate cupping into her treatments.

In her spare time you will find Jen knitting, embroidering, working on her latest cosplay, and arguing with her cat.
