Cupping

A vacuum is created inside a glass or silicone cups. These cups are placed on the muscles to help reduce pain and tension. The cups can be left stationary to target specific areas or can be moved around for a unique massage experience.

Sound Therapy

Methods such as gongs, signing bowls and chanting have been used for centuries to heal the mind and body. Currently we use two different sound therapy techniques: non-audible vibration from tuning forks directly on the body, and audible tuning forks to clear away energy blockages around the body.

Gua Sha Therapy

Gua Sha an alternative therapy where the muscles are oiled and scraped with a special tool to relieve tension. It is most commonly used for neck and shoulder tension, but can also be used anywhere on the body. Gua Sha is also great for facial pain and rejuvenation.
